Our rooms are very spacious and comfortable and are in par with 3 star categories. Our rooms are furnished to international standards to provide our guests a pleasant stay. Each room has a separate seating area to make our guests feel at home.

    Guest rooms check in and checkout duration is 24 hours & if you would like to check in before or check out after these times, this can be arranged at extra charge, please contact reception.

    *  Florist

    On special occasion or you just want to treat someone we can organize any floral arrangement from our local florist, please contact reception.

    *  Laundry

    The hotel offers an in house laundry service, the prices include washing and ironing of the item, Please fill in the laundry service form place your items in bag and bring down to reception. Laundry received before 9.00am will be returned the next day. The management can't accept responsibility for any damage incurred and reserve the right to refuse any item it feels unsuitable. Ironing of items is not permitted in the bedroom for health and safety reasons. Please contact reception if you would like this service.

    *  Baggage

    When vacating your bedroom on the morning of departure, please contact reception if you require assistance with your luggage or you would like to leave your luggage at reception and collect it later.

    *  Non Residents

    Non residents are allowed in the bedroom by prior intimation, but must vacate the hotel before night fall this is due to hotel security.

    *  Payments

    It would be greatly appreciated if guests would inform in prior about the check out so that bill can be made ready. Accounts may be settled by order of preference either by Cash, Cheque (with a valid banker's card) Debit Card (Maestro, and Visa Debit) Credit Card with a 3% charge (Visa. MasterCard and American Express) or by account with prior arrangement.

    *  Special Occasions

    If there is someone you would like to treat or a special occasion we can organize flowers, chocolate and or champagne this will be arranged and charged accordingly. Please contact reception for more information. And finally...

    Taxi can be pre ordered for guest's requirement, remembering that if you need a taxi at busy times (morning) in the day, they will require notice .please contact the reception.

    Hotel sarayu cannot be responsible for the loss of property unless it has been deposited for safe keeping.
